Hadaya Turner is a published motion graphics artist and video editor based in New York City. She is most recognized for her work in Kanye West's All Of The Lights, and was nominated as BEST EDITOR FOR THE MTV MUSIC VIDEO AWARDS 2011.

After studying graphic design at the University of Miami, she moved to New York and became a web designer for Universal Music Group. Over the next two years, she helped to design and build sites for a variety of artists such as Akon, Ashanti, and Owl City. Hadaya then began studying 2D Animation, and became the Motion Graphics Director for Lucky Duck Productions. One of her videos gained the attention of the acclaimed director, Hype Williams, and she soon became his editor. Since then, she has worked on a list of music videos, featuring artists including Kanye West, Beyonce, Lil Wayne, and Jack White.

Hadaya now administers Hadayalive Entertainment Inc., a company that specializes in all aspects of video production, business branding, photography, retouching, and digital painting. She looks forward to the endless opportunities that this growing creative industry will bring.

Resume Resume

The life of an artist can often be isolated and cold. I fight to remain unattached to my work as a video editor, because of the inevitable threat of a client's email entitled REVISIONS. In addition, I am always searching for ways to maintain a social and creative balance. RELEASE is my key to freedom. It has granted me access to an outstanding number of new people, and it allows me to safely give myself to a cause without fear of anything being discarded. Furthermore, this project has become my loudspeaker to promote the benefits of using art as a form of powerful self-expression and unification.
